Modelling of distribution load pattern for ODI-Olowo and Ikirun road distribution substations, Osogbo

Electrical energy occupies the top position in hierarchy and its demand is not always met Osogbo due to overloading of distribution transformers. In past, several methods have been used solve problem load forecasting like Parametric Methods, Trend Analysis, Isolated Area Load Forecasting, Long Short Time Forecasting. These are often inaccurate since an expensive overestimation results substantial investment for construction excess power facilities, while underestimation leads customer dissatisfaction. This work aimed model pattern Odi-Olowo Ikirun road substations Osogbo, Osun state purpose future. Correlation coefficient 0.661, 0.665 0.446 were obtained transformer 1,2 3 respectively. Analysis Variance indicated about 43.7%, 43% 19% variation capacity transformers 1, 2 The predicted showed a high degree closeness three transformers.The developed can be determine electrical substation which will assist utility companies efficient operation planning.
